Rude and don't stand by their products

I ordered 3 foot balloons for a recent event. 30% of them were defective and could not be blow up. When I called to discuss, they were rude and accusatory. I was told, if I reimburse you for the defective balloons, I will be out the money. How is that for standing by your products?! It is not the dollar amount but the principal and I would never do business with people that take your...

We wholesale balloons and event supplies. Brody's stocks everything you would need to inflate balloons including helium and inflation equipment. Our warehouse is located about 10 miles outside of Chicago in Broadview, Illinois.
