Good Food. Not a great selection of draft beer, but the bottle list isn't terrible. Better than what it used to be. Not a beer destination, but a great place to go if tired of all the typical bar food from the breweries.

Jackson's is a modern bistro where the owners practice the slow food philosophy of farm to table. Using a wood-fired oven, the chefs prepare dishes such as roasted mussels, house-made sausages, pizzas, roasted pork chops and seafood paella. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

One of the many features of this beautiful restaurant is the hand carved bar that was built in Italy in the late 1800s. They serve a seasonal menu, with specialties including chili soup, duck with a tamarind glaze, and a house made sausage appetizer. They serve lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday; closed on Sunday.
