Very rude and ignorant!!! Hung up when I pointed out on of their mistakes, I guess since they already had my money they didn't care. Wouldn't acknowledge they were wrong.

the review below is biased... I have been done wrong one to many times. I sent my daughter in to get and alignment to her car and when she did to my amazement they tried selling her things she didn't need things like sensors the car doesn't even have. yes false sell... and regarding the reason she went there for the alignment that never got done correctly his response was blame it on tires....

We've known the owners as long as we've all lived in Springfield...gone to school with theirs kids who now help run it, and the family is super nice as well as great at what they do...great staff too!
