I recently purchased a half side of beef from Mitchell??s. After interviewing different slaughterhouses in the area, I picked them because:
1. They raise their own livestock 2. Offer a fair market price 3. Very pleasant to do business with ?? answering all my questions before placing the order.

I am a customer of mitchells and this is to the lady who posted the first response about her cooler, I am sorry that you lost your cooler, but on that same note, if you guys are struggeling for money why did you bring your meat somewhere to be processed and pay for it? if i was hurting for money the last thing I would do is pay someone to process my meat, I would do it myself!! common sense!!...

I am VERY UNSATISFIED with Mitchells Meat Processing Co. My husband and my brother took some deer to him to be processed, he requires you bring it in a cooler. We took 4 hams, and 2 strips of tendeloin in a LARGE BRAND NEW cooler.
