I've used Mr. Quick since 2007 for my plumbing & electrical repairs; currently for a clogged kitchen & laundry room drain to a grease trap. Tyler Deal, the service tech, was a friendly, respectful, nice young man who snaked out the clog which took some diligence, and when the laundry room drain bubbled over with black gook, he moved the washer & dryer and cleaned up the mess. Had installers do lot of damage. No one from the company has contacted us, after stating they would. 1 week. Very poor service!! Will make sure everyone knows how bad the company is.
