Back of my car did not get cleaned at all the first time I went through but I came back 2 hours later and they let me go through again. Customer service can be hit or miss here

These guys get worse and worse. Don't ever come here if there are a lot of cars, because they just crank up the machine faster and your car does not come close to getting clean or dried properly.
