This older but well maintained, well landscaped property is a real jewel. It appears to be only quiet grad students since you can hear a pin drop. The manager is terrific and always ready to please.

I give it a big thumbs up. Nice units. Quiet. Great Landscaping. Great Location. Half the price of the new apartments across the street. If they will let you in don't miss the opportunity.
