Neglect and Ignorance Killed My Dog

During the hospitalization of my diabetic chihuahua, these people deliberately withheld his insulin from him because he was not eating. So, my dog was getting weaker from not eating and NOT receiving his insulin. I brought in food and insulin for him. I visited him and saw he was listless and without energy. Just the opposite of when I brought him in (for an unrelated matter).

They had trouble deciding upon a diagnosis to explain the distension of his abdomen. It cost me over $800.00 for them to say to me it's "cancer", or "pancreatitis" or an "enlarged spleen". In other words, they didn't have a clue.

When he walked into this vet's office, my poor pup was energetic, perky and wagging his tail. Three days later, I picked him up in a box, dead.

Yesterday, we brought our two cats for shots. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She handled our cats as if they were her babies. The Doctor, who tended to our overweight kitten, was very pleasant and also kind to our kitties. We will always have our kitties taken care of by them.

The people are really nice and took good care of my dog

However, information given by different staff members were inconsistent (I.e. Pricing, after surgery care) so you would just need to confirm/double check.
