Sam Zanto is a slick sales person. who has yet for finish work at my site. He has already collected the $ but no response from him when you call or test him. Always makes excuses if and when ever he answers the call. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY BUSINESS!! BETTER YET, CALL THE COPS OF THIS SCAMMER. People like SAM ZANTO must be reported to the COPS and locked up for scamming their customers!

I contracted Mission Concrete for foundation & driveway work in Katy, TX. I met with Sam (the Owner) and agreed on a price and time frame for completion. Sam assured me that he & his company were capable of completing the work and that everything would go smoothly. He said that he requires a payment of half of the cost of the job upfront - so I paid him $13,000.
