No better way to rediscover the joy in everyday living than at Miraval. Second time to visit and experience was just as powerful as the first. Two incredible massages - a deep tissue by Steven and a Thai massage by Jessica - ask for them by name! And John who works at the fitness facility could not have been nicer...

My only complaint is the weather which they have no control over. Lol. If you have the opportunity to go, go. It's worth the $$$$

I spent 3 nights at Miraval in early February and am so glad that I went by myself. I debated about inviting a friend or my sister but decided not to. This is the first time I had traveled by myself (other than for work trips) and was afraid I would feel weird or lonely. SO happy I did it....
