Honestly, this is my first review on YELP ever. Unfortunately it must be reported that I gave Sears Auto three chances to redeem themselves for mediocrity and incomplete service. Fail!!! Buy a Kenmore or some thing nice from LL Bean across the way. You'll be MUCH happier. I can go on, it's just more time wasted on Sears Auto that I can use better elsewhere.
