Chef John teaches cooking classes at the Tucson Botanical Gardens. He gets the best reviews not only for his cooking but for his personality. What a fun and creative chef! He catered several meals when we took an overnight trip to Sonoita and when he saw our plates on the table he said "You're going to need bigger plates", then he WOWED us with chocolate for dessert!
