Mimosa is one of those rare gems of an Asian eatery. In Springfield, you have your choices, but I will admit, I'd never considered Mimosa as an option when going out to get my sushi fix on....

Best crab Rangoon I've had. Then the food came and everyone in our party was commenting on how good it was. I went for a chicken and fruit stir fry which was both unique and excellent. This was our first visit to Mimosa, but it will absolutely not be our last. All around great experience.

I am really saddened by how much this place has deteriorated since it opened. I went a few times when it first opened, and it was DELICIOUS. Not so much anymore.
