They're usually pretty nice but the 3 people behind the counter did not even acknowledge us and was more concerned about their discussion over lunch and breaks. There goes minutes I could have used on other useless things.

This place just lost a loyal customer! I Buy boots here at least every six months,the last pair I got hurt my feet and I tried to return them after wearing them for one hour,but they refused to do it even though there was no wear or tear on them! Not to mention how rude they are most times!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this millers location!!!!!

Its too bad there is not a real military surplus store in tucson after Desert Surplus went victom
to the wall street bail out not main street bail out! so if you need new gear millers will do but as for the resl thing its gone for now

Stay Away, at least if your going to buy anything. Bought a pair of work boots then decided to go with another pair. Sorry, no returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit even though they were in perfect condition. All the manager on duty could come up with was "That's our policy". And to top it off, later found out that I could have gotten the same boots online for $45.00 less. Double whammy!!!
