So we purchased 4 appliances from Sid Miller's appliances in Bloomfield, CT within 2 months of use 2 out of 4 have stopped working. Today we called to ask for help with the dishwasher (non-working appliance # 2) and we were told that the owner didn't want to talk to us & that they didn't know what to do. After 20 minutes we finally got the guy on the phone to take our number. Bad experience!

From the beginning, I was treated with excellent cusomer service. I needed a washer and dryer immediately since I was moving into my new house. My salesperson was able to give me the time and date that I needed and even called me and asked if they could come early!!!!! The installers were amazing and very careful. I would highly recommend this store over any of the ""big Box"" stores. The customer service is excellent and my salesperson was very knowledgeable. The best part of my experience with Sid Millers was the day of delivery, my saleperson called me and told me I had a $150.00...
