Walked into a dirty room (all the corners were dusty as if they haven't been vacuumed in months), there was a dead insect right in the middle of the floor as well. Front desk staff was very rude and acted like the guest were a bother, even mumbling under their breath. Housekeeping was welcoming and accommodating, and a couple of the younger doormen were cheery and friendly. The property and our room was very clean and comfortable.
