Poor Collision Center Interaction

I went to Millennium Hyundai Collision Center because my insurance company sent me there to get an estimate. I was at first warmly welcomed and the interaction went downhill from there. They took care of the body work, but overall I felt I had been duped and questioned. I was charged $100 for them to plug my car into a computer and run a check engine light diagnostic, which supposedly took an hour of labor. (Later, when I came to pick up my car and asked for the codes the computer came up with which they had not written down, the representative Todd plugged a computer into my car and got it for me in less than 5 minutes.) I got my car back a week after I left it with them, which was expected for body work.
Now that I've gotten it back, I realized the alignment is still off, which part of the repair when I sent it in, and I have to go to back to get them to fix it the second time.
I would not recommend this place.

Bought a Mazda 3 from them. Sales experience was great---no pressure and no forced add-ons! My salesman was highly knowledgeable of the Mazda 3! Being a woman, he didn't just show me the upholstery and the stereo system, but instead, raised the hood to show me the finer details of the engine. On the roadtest he encouraged me to push the vehicle to see how well the Mazda 3 handles in curves. I...

Be aware...

I bought 2 cars from them at the same time to get a better deal. The price was O.K., but the service is another story. I brought in my car over the summer to be serviced. I told them that I was from out of town. I kept calling to see if it was ready. The last time I called they had closed. Needless to say I was stranded. Today, I brought in my car to be serviced again. I called over and over...

Good deal on a new Mazda 3S

Got a great price on a 2006 Mazda 3S. The salesperson was very helpful. Was not promised anything they couldn't deliver. Show room and sales area not as nice as some but I don't want to pay for that stuff anyway.

Promised things for car that were never delivered. Was supposed to be reimbursed for expenditures needed to utilize all features of car. Questioned my honesty when I called back about it. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
