Have had long-standing shoulder issues and decided to try deep-tissue massage. As a result, muscle tightness was considerably reduced and this in turn allowed me to do the exercises given to me by my Physical Therapist. The interactions between deep-tissue massage and appropriate exercises have really helped with "frozen shoulder."
