I can't that Mike Johnson (service director) and his team at Milestone enough for all he has done. We had been struggling with a new Viking refrigerator for 5 months. Mike got ijnvolved, sent a replacement and had it installed with no issues. Milestone has my business for life!

i own two asko dishwashers and one broke, that was just the start of my trouble, i called milestone, big mistake!! it took them a month to fix my washer at the cost of a new one!! i was $400 into repairs when i was told it would take $450 more. tina littlejohn, service manager, told me i should have known better than to fix my machine, their techs don't know the value of what they work on and...

i own two asko dishwashers and one broke, that was just the start of my trouble, i called milestone, big mistake!! they took a month and the cost of a new unit to repair mine. i was $400 into it before i was told it would cost $450 more to fix, wow. tina littlejohn, service manager told me i should have known better than to fix my unit and its not their job to educate me about the product, if i knew what was wrong i'd fix it myself. never ever use this company for anything, avoid milestone like the plauge!!!
