Paul Flynn is one of the most talented young lawyers in Frederick County, Maryland. I often send litigation matters to him when we have a conflict in our office for two reasons: First, he is one of the best litigators in Frederick really; and, second, he is so ethical and decent a person that there is absolutely no worry about an attempt to take the client.
