We have been fighting with Jay and Jared Miles since July. We contracted with them after doing our research for a $5600 concrete job. They no-showed and rescheduled three times. The final time they didn't show up for over two weeks. We tried to call and left many, many, MANY messages. They didn't have the courtesy to even call us. We finally had to hire a different company who had the work done in a week. Miles still owes us $2300 dollars.
