Although prompt and friendly, after 3.5 hours and close to 150.00, I went from having 2 hard drives to one, he said the 1st was not fixable, and the one still had pop up issues, crash issues. When I called the next day about the problems, I was told "ya I didn't know how to get that removed"...what? seriously? I took it to Sun City Computers, and not only did they fix the problem, they also...
