It was snowing last night and when I went to turn my key to start the car, it broke in the ignition. I had to call the locksmith because I didn't want to damage it by trying to take it out myself. He came out within minutes of my call and he worked hard to get the broken key out. He just had a great attitude and eventually he got it out. I'm so thankful that he was there to help.
i would not call this service again. I was told it would cost $25 for the service call and $25 to open the locked door. I was also told there was no extra charge for evening calls. The guy arrived and said the service call would be $265.00 because it was a emergency. I told him that wasn't what the operator told me and for him to go home. He later agreed to open the door for $50. A total...
