As always the professional care and friendly personnel are the best. I do have one request...stop or at least tone down the room "freshener" which permeates the entire area. While some people find that pleasant others, including me, do not. To make matters worse many people have allergic reactions to the chemicals used to create these artificial aromas. Most are respiratory but mine is migraine...
