Worst service ever. they used to be good but their customer service has dropped significantly and I don't think they care Waited for three hours even though I had an appointment and the car was still not done. Took me two other tries and long waits to get one tire replaced.
I would never recommend this dealership and it is very doubtful that I will return.

Do not hold your breath while waiting for them to change the oil I waited over 2 hrs and left after finding they had not started even though I had a set appointment

Jim Flynn is 1st class salesman. After visiting 5-6 dealerships I had given up with all the sales pressure. I wasn't expecting to purchase a car that day but couldn't resist the deal. Jim is knowledgable and I felt comfortable without the pressure selling. I will recommend my friends and colleagues to him in the near future. Mike Erdman Nissan, you have a superb salesman!

Poor customer service in service department. Have even been "misinformed/lied to" about a recall. They could not even find the service records in their system and we purchased the car at this dealership...brand new. On a positive note, Kristine and her co-workers in the body shop are fabulous.
