I was pregnant at the time and had requested a salad with a sliced small steak. Well... they couldn't do it! The staff said that I could order a salad and a steak dinner (with all the sides) separately, then I could slice it up and put it on my salad. REALLY? I'm so glad the restaurant has been replaced...

While walking down Park Avenue during the Labor Day Street Fair, I noticed Mignon was boarded up and later heard it was sold.

I'd rather eat at the sister restaurant, village Gourmet. The food here is over priced and no better than the place down the street.

What a great little steakhouse this place is. The food is all the quality of the famous New York steakhouses at much lower prices. VERY pleasantly surprised with Mignon. It’s not much to look at, but the steaks were borderline great. Rather than ramble, I’ll break it down this way.
