the owner of this office mislead customers about the product& if u work for him he wants u to lie also. He is not honest& does not pay his dealers for there work. lies to cutomers about the price of the hyla.etc. do not do buisness w/ the the springfield hyla office.

Their customer service SUCKS!!! Horrible experience!!! Ordered a part through them for our Hlya N series, they made me pay up front (no biggy there) told me it would take a week to get it in stock. 2 weeks go by, i call, they tell me my part is going to be in next week. Another 2 weeks go by, still no call, so i call again, they say our shipment hasn't come in yet, should be a couple more days,...

wish i would have looked them up for a review, yes i let them in big mistake, i was also told that it was interest free for 1 year then after that the interest would be 1% the interest is 17% and also they sold someone i know one for half of what they sold me one for so yes indeed these people at midwest are not what they say

yes i to bought a hyla, was told that the interest would be 1% and no interest for 1 year when you get your bill it is 17% interest not only that here they sell me one for 2,600 then go and sell my cousin one for 1,500 that realy makes you feel cheated so yes in deed these people are cons in my book then when you call them they avoid you so yes indeed buyer beware

+ it is a good vacuum until you feel cheated

- the whole being lied to and they will do that
