disappointed and closing my account because of typical corporate like attitudes from customer service of "there's nothing we can do" regarding a fine from forgetting to put last four digits on a mobile deposit. looking for a small town business where they treat you like a valued customer

The main st location is the best bank ever! These people are very friendly and down home people. I love this bank and their employees! I will never bank anywhere else. They treat everyone with respect and they treat you like a personal friend. I love them all!
