Hubcap Pancakes. I ate food here maybe 20 years ago or longer as a kid. When I would pass by on the way to Pittsburg or Mt Pleasant more recently, I would wonder if they still served food. Either my memory of the place left, or they built on to the gas station and added an entire restaurant section with a dozen or more booths and tables since then.
