easy to find\n\n5/6 bathroom light bulbs were burned out; towels were soiled & scarce even requesting more daily; AC on high fan & coldest temp was inadequate; mattress was old/lumpy; sheets pulled off bed nightly; breakfast featured rotten apple & store-bought doughnuts

It was very close to the venue I was attending next day.\n\nThis hotel was empty when I arrived and only 7-8 others parked out front when I left the next day. The room was probably as clean as they could get it due to the age of the carpet. If I attend this event next year I will stay elsewhere.

Claxton - not a very good stay

Although the staff were friendly and as accommodating as possible, it was just not a nice place to stay. The wifi was extremely slow and constantly lost connection. The rooms were not very clean and my comforter has cigarette burns, and I was in a no smoking room. Only stayed because there was not place to go.

From the start the staff at the front desk tried to charge me for my prepaid room. She was rude and angry after I corrected her. She put us in a third floor corner room. I asked if there were any first floor rooms. She sullenly replied that there were all filled.
