I've lived here roughly 5 months now and it is great. The complex is regularly maintaining and improving the landscaping. The employees are courteous, they have security guards walking the grounds at night, and they do monthly Tennant appreciation events. Great place to live.

We've lived here almost 2 years and have been very happy with our decision. The location is good, just wish it was a little closer to the metro. I still bus or metro to work downtown though.

We have a one bedroom apartment and it's very well thought out - has a built-in desk, linen closet, laundry room - nice touches. Everything flows nicely.

We like that it's still in Midtown and walking...
