Ruined my oil pan because they forced a plug that was too big into the hole and ruined the thread, they wouldn't replace it so it cost me $600 simply because they do half-ass jobs, and when VW of Hilton Head called them, they told them that it was normal and that they should just put something around their plug to make it fit into my ruined oil pan. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I don't know why...
Guy told me that I was a waste of his time. Cursed at me and all. Never have I seen a salesman that tried to sell a car with no oil in it. On the test drive, I had to provide the oil so That I wouldn't break down! Worst service I've dealt with, ever!
