All I gotta say is, customer service is horrible. I have warranty they won't change what needs to be changed. And $70 for an RAV4 oil change? What's is this a BMW?! These people are rude, regret...

My wife and I just leased a 2017 Highlander and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The staff was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend going here...

Never going there again worst place on everything the insurance paid the Dealer $23000.00 and the work that they did is garbage every day I have new problem with the car and when I call they just keep me on hold then they hang up on me, I took it there twice bc I have problem with the break it doesn't work from the first time and I still have that issue, the insurance paid them to replace 2...

I brought my car to Middletown Toyota few months back to the body shop don't ever use these people they're crooks I would never buy a car from them use any of their service terrible one star

This Toyota collision center is the worst. I had to leave my car after an accident for repair and the estimate Joe (head of the collision department) was 15 days which they extended to 32 days!...
