First time I've been to VV Midas since remodel and was definitely impressed. Customer service area and service area was clean as was rest room. Received prompt attention and brakes were checked for noise. Didn't require repair or replace but cleaned and van given thorough once over by attendants. Given solid estimate for work that will be needed in future.

Happy with everything but even with an appointment it took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought that was long.

Service was good. The oil change was done in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took to check me in. The guy had to check my car three times to make sure what type of oil I needed and asked me if I took conventional of synthetic and I'm not a mechanic lol that's why I get my oil professionally changed. Also the $19.99 coupon is for the oil change itself. There...

Horrible service, it took an hour and a half for a oil change. Then they forgot to put my air filter back in the car and reset my maintenance lights. Another lady was getting an oil change and they were have problems finding her code reader. Then I believe the worst part was the bathroom, they were so filthy and it was first thing in the morning. I
