My customized 45,000 servicing was done efficiently and I was allowed to see the brakes pads that needed replacement myself to verify the condition. I strongly suggest an upgrade to ceramic disk pads if you need replacement for a nominal additional charge to avoid brake noise. In summary, I was pleased with the service and price.
