I think doug might have a chemical dependiency problem or maybe a low iq. I say this for two reasons, first off doug cannot spell and secondly doug took his car to pepboys...poor guy has the brains of a beachball.....

This vendor did not fulfill his promises to me. My brakes usually lasted about 30K miles as it was mostly highway.

My brakes started only making it about 5K-10K. The owner promised to resolve the problem, and sold me a vehicle life warranty.

He verbally promised he knew what to do to resolve the problem, and promised that I would not have to pay so much ever again. I trusted him,...
