From the moment I walked in the door, Steve, the guy in charge, began telling me everything else that could be wrong with my motorcycle. I am in law enforcement and knew from the beginning that he was not an honest person. I should have walked out, but didn't. Just to diagnose the problem, he claimed he had 3.5 hours into it. He told me that I needed a $180.00 rectifier, plus another $1000 worth of parts. The rectifier I had on the bike was brand new, I put it on myself before I took the bike to him. I told him not to touch the bike any further and that I would come pick it up. I would highly recommend to pass on using this business...they are borderline criminal. I hope my review was helpful. The mechanic is just a motorcycle nut. He love's too inhale spent exhaust. the owner rides fair weather and foul. If you want your scooter fixed this is the place to go. they have only been in business for 20 or so years. they may know a few things others don't
removing a review is a right pain in the a@s. something about no delete button... and it has to be at least 20 characters... BS if you ask me... (Edited March 02, 2010)
We all sure miss Percy and doc. But their not being there does not deplete the establishments integrity. Steve is still there and in my books the heart and soul of the place.

This is one of the worst places in the world to get anything worked on. They try to get you to let them do work that is not needed and when you tell them no they pull all the wires that they can loose so that you have to have more work done. I would not ever let them work on anything else of mine, my family or friends
The owner Steve is a great guy, he is glad to help in any instance; they even came and got me and my bike when my bike was broke down recently ! Excellent/5 star service !! The service manager Jon was more than helpfull, actually taking the time by showing me what had gone wrong and what they had to do to fix it, it was repaired very satisfactorily using all new oem parts in just 3 working...
