I had called Mid-Atlantic on a Saturday and the next Tuesday you were there. You stated the problem was a long-standing one and would not have just started in April 1994. There were complications to the job, without a working basement door, the materials had to be brought through the main floor of the house and the first day the work was done it snowed. In spite of the poor conditions, the work was done swiftly and with minimum disruption. The workers were polite, helpful, and all looks in order in the work areas.
