Great location across the street from St. Bonaventure and right next to Dunkin' Donuts. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot water seemed to be in short supply.

No working wi-fi.

The second floor did not have working wi-fi. Nor did the HBO work. The breakfast had very stale, yucky muffins and watered down coffee. No coffee maker in the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. But that was it. Chair downright uncomfortable.
