The location. It was just off the highway. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.\n\nThe melting full quart of ice cream left in the freezer by the last occupants and not cleaned up by staff.

The location is great, and well placed...convenient.\n\nThe TV in the initial room we were placed in didn't work so we had to move, but the staff was responsive and helpful and upgraded us to a bigger room, so not a big negative.
