Arrived at motel around 1;00am. Made call for reservation which went well. Call to let them know what time we'll be arriving. It took 30 minutes or more to get into assigned room.

This was the best hotel in the area that had smoking rooms available. Hotel overbooked therefore offered us a suite but failed to mention it was a handicapped room. In addition the next morning a cockroach was found next to the refrigerator.

Had a bed bug. Switched rooms and ended up switching rooms 3 times. Toilet ran, light flickered all the time, microwave didn't work and the fridge had mildew in it. Probably the worst I've stayed at.
