Called him out to set up a dish for my RV. He told me $50, fine, I paid it even tho he was only here 20 minutes. When he got here he said my dish was old and if I didn't get the channels I wanted, he had a used dish for $20. We didn't get all the channels we wanted so I called him and asked $20 right? He said yes. So I told him okay, he came out, he spent 10 minutes and handed me a bill for...
