I was very satisfied with my purchase of a Dell Laptop from Micro Center. The staff was helpful and one of the managers actually came out and shook my hand following the purchase.

Their employees are uneducated and annoying. When you need assistance, there is never an employee in sight, but when you know exactly what you're there for, they harass you.
