Michigan Property Managers are terrible and no one should rent through them. They do not care about the tenants and you will have to call them repeatedly to get any maintenance done to the place. If you are considering renting from MPM, continue looking. This is the worst property manager I have ever worked with. THEY WILL ENTER YOUR HOME WITHOUT NOTICE! They should be on the news with an investigator knocking on their door. They make tenants feel unsafe and uncomfortable. HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
