We visited as a group of 4th graders, their teachers and parents. It was a lot of fun. There are a lot of hands-on things to do in the museum. I can't wait to go back and look at the sections we missed.

I went for the genealogy archives and didn't realize it didn't open until 1:00 I was going to tour the museum until bus loads of kids came it, so I skipped that and went to the library until the archives opened. Just walking through the...

Very good exhibits

This gives an overview of Michigan from the ice age to the recent past. The initial room on Aboriginal history is very well done. I would have liked more on the auto sector. Be careful of the parking - the gate didn't work for us...
