To make a long story short this agent is so focused on selling state farm products, the office forgets to update policy changes . If you have this agent check your policies to make sure you have the coverage you asked for. It took me 3x's asking to change my auto policy to include comp & collision on a car purchased with a loan and they forgot to add it twice!!! When I asked for it added the...
