I'm new to the area and needed one of my heels to be repaired. At first i thought the guy was rude because he didn't talk much but he's work was excellent and he didn't charge me for one of the services he provided. Did I mention my repair was done under 5 mn while I waited? I'm a customer for life.

What a find! Dropped off a $110 pair of black patten leather Vince Camuto heels, and a pair of mens Kenneth Cole dress shoes...$35 & 5 days later, we have 2 brand new looking pair of shoes! The heels needed new tips and a good cleaning, the men's shoes needed glue removed from a "do-it-yourself" repair job …

I took my brand new suede heels here to get a small coffee spot on the toe cleaned, and I had an awful experience. He cleaned the spot, but it looked like he just rubbed them with a rough towel. The suede was ruined.... I could have done as good a job on my own.
