I live in CA and wanted to get a silk floral arrangement for my mom in Longview. I phoned Michael's and Christi Grambo answered and was able to create the most wonderful arrangement the same day -- my sister picked it up and delivered it to our mom who still can't stop talking about it! Love, love LOVE that kind of service!!
