I was extremely disappointed in my (lack of) service from Michael's. There was a miscommunication, on the side of the company, that resulted in a scheduling inconvenience for me. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but the man I spoke to on the phone chose to argue with me and tell me "no one would say that" regarding what was told to me. I've used various Michael's Keys in the area, but this is my favorite. Keep in mind this is for walk-in service only, as I've never called them to do work, but they have a large fleet of vehicles, so I would trust them in this regard too.My walk-in experience at this location has been stellar. Always dependable, reasonable and Johnny on the spot. I have an the misfortune to have to call these folks on several lock-outs and a couple of complete home re-keys but never had to wait long for them to show and they are very reasonble on re-keys. Thanks guys!
