Went here tonight looking for some items for a project. They had very little help on the floor available. Found an associate named Whitney and she walked with us and personally recommended 4 items. She was awesome. Would definitely return.

Tonight's experience at this Michaels has been the worst ever. I tried to exchange a $6 dollar item. Never ever did I have problems exchanging something but I guess there is a first for everything.
